Fine Art Photography
I am Dan Raines and have spent most of the last 30 years living behind a desk writing endless lines of code as a software developer. My escape from that has been travel and finding other creative things to do. About 4 years ago I started down the path of becoming a content creator and that resulted in a rekindling of a lost passion for photography. Sort of as a biproduct of the equipment needed to create watchable videos, I now had the equipment that would truly allow me to express himself as a photographer. So, I set off on the adventure of a lifetime to take my passion for photography and turn into something else.
My motto is "Moving into retirement should not be about slipping on a pair of comfy slippers and setting in for endless days of watching TV. It should be about starting a new adventure without the shackles of the daily grind."
I do not have a specific genre that I focuses on for my photography. I look for things that inspire me and then take the time to capture the moment. Sometimes the moments that I capture are magical. It is those moments that I am most excited sharing.
